Fee Schedules

*GST and HST do not apply to services provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor or Registered Social Worker. GST (5%) is applicable to services provided by a master's-level student. If any session exceeds the allocated time, Additional session time will be charged in 15-minute increments.

*To provide better services for you, our fees increased on August 1st, 2025. From that date forward, all fees for new and existing clients reflected the newly adjusted rates.

While Nuway Counselling does not offer a sliding scale, various discounts and programs are available to support your financial needs. We also offer subscription plans (Orange Plan, Senior Link Plan, Pre-marital Counselling Plan, Fertility Health Plan) for a discounted price. Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment, please provide us with 24 business hours' notice for any change or cancellation of an appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Methods of providing the notice include phone calls, emails, and text messages. We charge one standard session fee for late cancellations or no-shows depending on your session type. For example, if you cancel a standard 1:1 individual counselling session within 24 business hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee, capped at the cost of one session, may be charged.
